The 10 Vows of Success

I have pretty low lately as I have come to the end of many years of struggling, banging my head against the wall and failing in endeavor after endeaver online. Things have gotten pretty desperate for me personally and financially then about a week ago my wife gave me two books by OG Mandino, " The Greatest Salesman in the World" and "The Greatest Salesman in the World" Part II.

Then I stumbled across NES - and I have to say a renewed sense of hope is in my heart. This is definitely something that the masses can grasp both conceptually and financially. Anyway, in Part II the author reveals these 10 secrets of success and they really struck home with me and I intend to integrate them into my NES business. I thought I would introduce myself by sharing these with the group. Here they are if you are interested.

They are fantastic and uplifting.


The 10 Vows of Success

Vow 1: "Never again will I pity or belittle myself"

Vow 2: "Never again will I greet the dawn without a map"

Vow 3: "Always will I bathe my days in the golden glow of enthusiasm"

Vow 4: "Never again will I be disagreeable to a living soul"

Vow 5: "Always will I seek the seed of triumph in every adversity"

Vow 6: "Never again will I perform any task at less than my best"

Vow 7: "Always will I throw myself whole self into the task at hand"

Vow 8: "Never again will I wait and hope for opportunity to embrace me"

Vow 9: "Always will I examine, each night, my deeds of the failing day"

Vow 10: "Always will I maintain contact, through prayer, with my creator"

Hey, Bob, just wanted to say "welcome" and thanks for sharing. I found NES on a wing and a prayer myself, so I know where you're coming from.

Regarding those two Og Mandino books, I have those same two books....I purchased them probably about eight years ago, but they're packed away somewhere from one of my moves (shame on me! because they're incredibly inspiring)....ANYWAY, I purchased them after reading some trivia on Matthew McConaughey, who at one time attended the University of Texas in Austin, with intentions of becoming a lawyer. However, upon discovering the inspirational Og Mandino book "The Greatest Salesman in the World" before one of his final exams, he suddenly realized he had to change his major from law to film.
